It's not the same thing. Boobs are not the homologue of the penis. Boobs are boobs. Guys can go around flashing theirs, no matter how big and nasty they are, and women apparently can't. That's what we call a "double standard".
Nevermind the fact that bras cause beast cancer (I'm not kidding).
SuperCat: Regarding the sex thing, I'm not so sure. People just associate nudity with sex because, well, in our society the two are intimately connected. In cultures where everyone is going around with virtually nothing on, are they having sex constantly? I don't think so -- they've got plenty of better things to do. The human body is just the human body. It's in societies where nudity is a big no-no that the weird attitudes about "private parts" start to show up. IMO, the act of covering ourselves even when not needed for protection against the elements or whatever is very damaging to the human psyche.
This makes me want to do some anthropological reading.
