More infamous than famous (also not human), Tilikum the Orca is dead at the estimated age of 36.

Tilikum was the focus of the 2013 documentary "Blackfish" which detailed his life in captivity, including the three deaths he has been linked to in his life time, and the controversy surrounding whales (and other animals) in captivity.

I also remember him as Harbinger in Hot Shots! Part Deux. "War! It's FANTASTIC!!!" :D

UPDATE: Apparently, his final completed project was Teen Titans: The Judas Contract! Cool way to finish a kickass career:

I'll always think of him as Albert the coroner from Twin Peaks. In fact, he was in my favorite scene in that entire series, struggling to keep a straight face while Big Ed was talking about the day he shot Nadine's eye out.

Also had a bit part in Star Trek III.

Can't top Kurtwood Smith, though. He was on Trek three times as three characters.

So were Mark Lenard and Diana Muldaur. I don't know anyone who appeared as more than three different characters, though.

Speaking of Robocop connections, Peter Weller was in a couple episodes of Enterprise and Into Darkness. And Ronny Cox was in a two-parter episode of TNG.

I am familiar with him from Blank Check (always watched it with my cousins at our grandparents house) and Deep Star Six. Also of course Robocop & Iron Man 3.

Apparently he voiced Deathstroke in a upcoming Teen Titans animated film.

Jeffrey Combs. Paramount got a lot of mileage out of that guy.

This was the first thing I thought of when I learned this.
