Alright then! We shall now decide what to call this thing. Should we refer to it simply as spam as the admins/mods would if they have to say anything about it? Should it be named after its creator, Executor as "Executor's Theory"? I believe he was the first sauce for MAYO and its current use as kind of a running joke throughout this forum. Or would it be better to name it after the one to first suggest this idea, "CorporalChoas' Theory"?

What do you all think?

Godwin's Law (also known as Godwin's Rule of Nazi Analogies[1]) is an adage that Mike Godwin formulated in 1990. The law states:

As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one.

I thought we had something like this already, only instead of Nazis it had something to do with Femme Kaworu or gender of Angels...

Personally I never found the "mayonnaise" thing to be funny, and its repeated use just got really annoying and I'd dread clicking on the "Caption Contest" thread for fear of finding more mayo madness.

I suppose it may be some kind of mild synesthesia, but possibly why it's annoyed me is because I kind of mildly taste mayonnaise in my mouth whenever I read about it like that, and it just doesn't taste that good by itself.

Executor said this

but at some point, someone made a post of the entire series again rewritten with a focus on mayonaise, but I can't remember who that was.[/url]

Yes, I admit the mayo think is more-than likely my fault. n Secondly, I think that was Ornette that did that.

Agreed.

It goes best on sandwiches, not EMF.
He was warrior and mystic, ogre and saint, the fox and the innocent, chivalrous, ruthless, less than a god, more than a man. There is no measuring Muad'Dib's motives by ordinary standards. In the moment of his triumph, he saw the death prepared for him, yet he accepted the treachery. Can you say he did this out of a sense of justice? Whose justice, then? Remember, we speak now of the Muad'Dib who ordered battle drums made from his enemies' skins, the Muad'Dib who denied the conventions of his ducal past with a wave of the hand, saying merely: "I am the Kwisatz Haderach. That is reason enough."

Look, this isn't the time to be placing blame on who started it. The important thing is that we fix it before it rips the community apart. *nods*

It was kinda funny at first, but then it just got annoying.

I agree it should just die a quick death and soon. ;) We don't want our geeky lil' community to be torn apart after all.
