GoS2nd; I need some help

I have some problems with GoS2nd. I have the isos of the game from months, but I'm not able to play it.
I have burned the isos on the cd, I've changed also the language of non unicode programs of my pc to Japanese (so i can view correctly the fonts of Japanese in the installation wizard), I've installed the game, but after the Asuka's butt I can see only this picture:

and then the game crashes.
Can you help me?
My OS is Windows XP Pro SP1 Italian edition.
It doesn't work on this os? It works only on XP Home?

It may not work as an ISO. There are codes like that now adays stopping roms/

It can be.... but are there anyone that has this problem?
Can you ensure me that the original game play well on the occidental OS?

Hm... If you are running a Virtual WIndows on the OS then yes but otherwise probally not.
