Didn't this happen, like, three years ago? Scientists also say bigfoot exist, so the term "scientists say" can really be stretched thin these days.

They're always worried about this every time the cycle reaches flareup, but solar storms aren't a credible threat as far as global outages go. Although some storms have temporarily disrupted electronics at the regional level.
