Here it is for anyone who wants it:

Gracias - Adiós
Thanks - Farewell

The souls are guided

Shinji...
Shinji...
Madre?
Mother?
Gracias
Thank you
por haber recordado nuestra promesa.
for remembering our promise.

Ahora todo
Now everything
estará bien.
will be fine.
Todo ser vivo tiene el poder
Every living being has the power
para restaurar su propia vida
to restore their own life
si tiene la voluntad para asumir que su vida existe
if they have the will to believe that there is life
en lo profundo de la realidad que existe en sus suenos,
deep in the reality that exists in their dreams,
en lo profundo de los suenos que existen en su realidad
deep in the dreams that exist in their reality

y ademas
and also
en lo profundo de la verdad
deep in the truth
que existe en sus corazones.
that exists in their hearts.
Si cada ser vivo tiene la voluntad de visualizar
If every living being has the possibility to display
esa imagen suya que existe en lo profundo de sus corazones,
that image of themselves that exists deep in their hearts,
entonces podrá ser un individuo otra vez.
then you can become a person again.

Pero
But
qué harás ahora,
what will you do now,
Madré?
Mother?
Velaré por ti.
I will watch over you.
Desde ahora y para siempre,
Now and forever,
hasta el fin de tu vida.
until the end of your life.
========================================================95-12
Vas a morir
You will die
y volverás a nacer.
and be born again.
Y no importa cuántas veces vuelvas a nacer:
And no matter how many times you are born again:
en silencio,
silently,
Te veré desde lejos.
I will watch from afar.
========================================================95-14
Vive.
Live!
========================================================95-15
Vive.
Live!
Levántate y camina con tus propias fuerzas.
Stand up and move forward under your own strength.
Está bien:
It's OK:
mientra la tierra, la luna y el sol existan,
while the earth, the moon, and the sun exist,
todo estará bien.
all will be well.

Adiós,
Goodbye,
Padre,
Father,
Madré.
Mother.

I'm a native spanish speaker and your translation is flawless.
Now: I just went through Stage 95 and this "Final" Stage 0 (as it appears on some english version). From all I can tell, what we see in Stage 0 is indeed the far future: the sea of LCL turned into a new primordial soup that thus evolved into a re-telling of the history of life on Earth (with the fossil Eva series as the only relic of the past cycle), together with a reborn Shinji that almost recalls the also reborn Asuka from his -say- "previous life". Therefore, as Yui says, as long as the Moon, the Earth and the Sun exist the cycles can keep going on and everything should be fine, since all living beings (whose souls were preserved in the LCL) will still have another chance to live, evolve and do things better; so, by all means, Shinji prevailed as a hero: he saved everyone for the next ride, as Yui wanted him to.
However, and since the last page of Stage 95 said that the climax will come in July, I'm up to believe that this was not the purported end for the manga or, at least, not for Shinji. In short: I think Stage 0 just went to show us the hypothetical completion of EoE that would have come right after Yui's last monologue if Shinji had remained one with the LCL, but we might still get a "One more final" -esque arc (in the legitimate Stage 96) as the definitive ending, with Shinji choosing to reject instrumentality and coming out from the LCL, come what may (Asuka or anyone joining him or not), to remain himself and be finally responsible for his own acts within the world he brought to an end.
ADENDUM: This could very well connect every canon Eva world together as the aforementioned successive cycles, also explaining the huge pile of Eva (the only remaining thing each time) that appears near Terminal Dogma in Eva 3/Q. Probably Eva 4 is meant to put an end to this repeating; probably it's just another term of an endless (thus pointless and irredeemable) series of failed worlds.
