Yes, this trailer is pretty fantastic! The music is awesome too - completely sold me on buying the OST!

These trailers all spoil a LOT of the movie. It doesn't make sense that they'd make these if the new series was truly aimed towards people who've never seen Eva as they say. It makes me wonder.

Edit: I wonder how many people in Japan have never seen Eva. :P

BTW, it's hard to see, but in the last cut where demonic Sho is walking out of the explosion, it's raining blood.

Maybe, maybe. But there's no guarantee an MD would work in LCL while waiting for a colossal angel to drop out of orbit?

But could a SDAT survive all that? And when did Shinji have his SDAT while inside Yui-sama (EVA UNIT 01)?

You missed the hint. Actually, I forgot to tell that it wasn't Shinji, it was Asuka. She listens to music on her SDAT while waiting for Sahaquiel to go Kamikaze.

Loved the music for that trailer. Sigh, makes me want to see it even more... unfortunetly, despite the beatiful art, it all pretty much looks like a straight up remake, nothing new really... so it's the next one I REALLY want to see.

Listening to it over and over again, what's being said in the vocals? I thought I heard the word "Dameda"...if Nigecha Dameda is any indication, "Run Away?" I also heard "Angel of Doom is coming".
