Stay With Me was the first city pop song I listened to and that song is what got me into City pop :]
Also, yup! Plastic Love is a great song! ^^
If you like Plastic Love then I would recommend "Remember Summer Days" by Anri and "I'm in Love" by Tomoko Aran
