Evangelion Blu-Ray bootleg?

I was scouring the web for Evangelion merch to see about picking up when I ran into a couple listings of this Blu-ray set. It looks very professional, but I cannot find a release listed anywhere that it matches. I have found it on a couple sites, but I have a sneaking suspicion this is a bootleg. I am hoping it isn't as this set looks spectacular in my opinion, and I would love to have it on my shelf. Has anyone seen this set before, or are my fears founded?

It's a bootleg, the only existing BD release of NGE is the Japanese.

The "Gainax 20th Anniversary" thing is pretty hilarious. (Gainax lost the rights to Eva years ago.)
