Evangelion Groundworks
Are they out of print now? I'm hearing that even the Rebuild Groundworks are unavailable now.

CDJapan still lists all the Rebuild Groundwork books as available, but only vol 2 of the three for the series and vol 1 of the two for EoE. (Groundwork of FLCL has gone, too.)
