Every Friday, the ANN lets his anger loose on the most shit-tactular games from the NES's entire catalogue.

When I stumbled upon one of his videos he kind of reminded me of the irategamer.

This guy is better though. The irategamer sucks nowadays.

Irate gamer is just a carbon copy of AVGN. I'm not going to further the notion that once someone makes a satirical video game review series, no one else is allowed to. That's just unreasonable. However, Irate Gamer just doesn't add anything new to the table, and in some cases takes (plagiarism) directly from the Angry Nerd.

I love the Angry Video Game Nerd. I don't get to engage in that level of video game fandom anymore, so I like being able to live vicariously through him.

I'm a big fan of his videos and I have been watching them since 2007, I do feel like his videos are getting worst though. I hope he reviews Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Battle 22 and Extreme Paintbrawl soon.

Agreed.
After seeing some of AVGN vids it was seen. Irate has become seriously over rated and his style is to repetitive.

I actually bought Silver Surfer because of his review. Only paid a couple of dollars for it. Honestly, I agree with him about how it's only serious flaw was the insane difficulty, but nothing in that game was really that hard once you managed to max out your shot's power.

I generally like his reviews when he focuses more on the actual flaws of something instead of going off a wild tangent; it's probably because I can empathize when I get pissed off at a game's flaws.

His site has an FAQ and he does mention he's saving ET for the 2600 as the biggest one.

Also, I notice a lot of people are saying "he seems like he'd be an ass in person." You gotta remember people, he's making these for entertainment. The "Nerd" is just his persona he takes on in his videos to try to be entertaining, because frankly, a lot of people enjoy watching a nerd living in the past getting pissed off at a game hardly anyone plays anymore, Super Mario Brothers 3 notwithstanding.
