Admittedly I don't really do bagels often, and that's part of why. Raisin bread toast is where it's at.

I don't bake a whole lot of bread anymore these days, it's too much bread for just me and my wife so I usually do it for events. For ourselves, there's still grilled pizza, been loving the 00 flour for that.
