Questions about dub syncing to the various cuts of the films

I got to thinking that if I wanted to sync the dubs for D&R and EoE to the upcoming Blu-ray and DVD boxes, which of the previously unreleased cuts, if any, would require no work to be able to sync the English dubs?

I know the the Manga Ent. releases used the letterbox pre-Revival/Renewal masters of Death(true)2 and the version of Rebirth taken from EoE and then Eoe itself is just the master used in this set: http://svenge.pcriot.com/evasite/jpolddvd/KIBA105.htm

I keep reading about all the material taken and added to the Death and Rebirth cuts and even to some other cut of EoE (maybe the LD version, I can't remember - it's hard to keep track of it all sometimes!)
