Who is your mythological/religious/historical bae?

Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

If your answer isn't "Hestia, and i ain't talking about that generic-ass Danmachi" then your opinion is objectively wrong. Bitch.

See this lovely lady? She's not just a goddess, but best, sweetest, and most godly deity EVER. See, early records of the 12 Olympians could only agree on the first 11. WHOOPS. Zeus, Hêra, Poseidôn, Dêmêtêr, Athêna, Apollôn, Artemis, Arês, Aphroditê, Hêphaistos, and Hermês are always the first 11, but some sources say Hestia is 12th, and others say Dionysos is the 12th. Aw, shit, plot holes suck. So, later authors said that Hestia was originally the 12th, but gave up her position so Dionysos could take it. How sweet. In fact, while the other gods and goddesses do very...questionable things, such as rape, murder, revenge killing, etc. and have toxic emotions such as jealousy and hubris, Hestia never displays any of that, which sadly pushes her to the side in most myths, and there aren't many stories about her. However, our sweet lady Hestia played a huge role in Ancient Greek religion, where she was one of the most venerated goddesses, being the first to get a sacrifice in most sacrificial rites, and was involved in rituals when new colonies or cities were founded. She was goddess of the hearth, home, and the balance of domesticity, the family, and government, and had a personal relationship with all of her followers, and was the reason life could be at all comfortable. She is most pure waifu goddess, and i would worship her if i believed in the classical pantheon.

What is this 'bae' you speak of?

*Edit* Did a search for the term...

Aww, Donut, is Hestia not bestia?

As long as I'm contributing to this spam thread, though... probably Abe Lincoln. I like his beard.

Among the people who use the Internet, many are obtuse. Because they are locked in their rooms, they hang on to that vision which is spreading across the world. But this does not go beyond mere ‘data’. Data without analysis [thinking], which makes you think that you know everything. This complacency is nothing but a trap. Moreover, the sense of values that counters this notion is paralyzed by it.

And so we arrive at demagogy. - Hideaki Anno, 1996

Palutena is best goddess, but wasn't actually worshiped, unless you identify her with Pallas Athêna.

Athena. I actually planned to found and name a company after her.

I don't see what bacon and eggs have to do with history, religion or mythology. Or any of these women, for that matter. You people are weird.

Don't be too proud of this gastronomical terror you've constructed. The ability to make women out of breakfast is insignificant next to the power of the Norse.

Oh. Oh dear, it's actually a thing? I wish I could scrub that bit of information from my brain. Donut, what have you done??

Even after looking up this fabled "bæ", I'm not sure what the point of this thread is. Perhaps someone can tell me.

Bae is just a really obnoxious way of saying "babe", but only applies in romantic contexts. Basically, this thread is for hipster waifufags who want to seem more dignified.
