What's your current desktop wallpaper?

Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

Changed backdrop to this. I took the photo when I was in Suzhou around two years ago.

My slideshow is meant to be all Evangelion images; but it seems that it picks up images automatically from where I just saved the image of Shouma Takakura that my current avi is masked from - and that's what greeted me when I got to work this morning. I was very pleased. That image conveys to me a sense of tragic destiny that no image of Shinji I've yet found quite manages.

This is one of my favorite drawings from Sadamoto, which I had quite a hard time to find on the internet, if not scanned by oneself. Still, I managed to get hold of a suitable size, in order to add some light effects and make it the latest star of my desktop.

That's really cool. It's a bit too busy for my background taste, but it's definitely a nice photo nonetheless.

It looks like 3 different pics layered with semi-transparancy for no good reason.

Congratulations, you won the grand prize. ^_^ Though, it really depends on the source picture, how much the background actually gets busy. In fact, I do have some more wallpapers with this particular style, and none of them is alike.

Can you please give me the source for the Sadamoto drawing?

I don't recognise her, if it is meant to be someone and not an original image, but it's very nice.

Since diving head-first into gnome3/systemd, I've had use for backgrounds again since I'll actually be able to see them thanks to animated desktop switching and summary views:

I've been re-watching Fargo (and introducing it to my mom) since I got the DVD for Christmas. Lester is really one of my favorite television characters ever. Totally irredeemable, but strangely lovable at the same time.

Bouncing around Christmas/winter themes (some are Windows themes) lately. It irks me my desktop isn't as clean as it normally is; I'm slowly doing a PC cleanup. -o-; Click each for bigger! I'm really loving this little Win8.1 Acer of mine. Honestly finding it nicer than my sold Win7 Lenovo.

Late November/mid-December:

The current one sort of reminds me of the Northeast winters, though I can't stay I've stayed at a cabin in the wintertime. Would be fun though!
