Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

I remember that avatar. I missed that avatar. It's good to see it back. I also appreciate that we've made this thread a sticky. That'll be nice.

Thanks, Nuke!

Fancy seeing you here, commissar! I don't know if this transliteration went via Russian, because Wojtek's artillery regiment served with the British. Then again, there is a similar word in Russian, isn't there?

SSD - Thanks for pointing that out. I used the spelling "Voytek" to avoid confusion about the pronunciation.

Our winter gear pilots are so cute, I just had to make that my new profile picture. Toji looks a little off, but oh well:

I picked my December avi a while back. However, I'll be switching to a second one when Christmas arrives. Not sure what that one will be yet.

That's the first picture of Toji I've seen I don't find him strangely alluring.

I think it's the weird-ass cap covering his hair that's negating his allure. I think they also coloured his hair too light as well, which is also unsettling.

Also, that baggy green sweater hoodie totally does not become him (no, seriously, it looks like Mari's Eva-05 plugsuit).

Toji looks like he was drawn in the manner of Manga-Toji, with the lighter hair and skin tone and slightly different facial features. Anime-Toji had darker skin and black hair.

It's funny, I saw someone with a parka just like the one Asuka's wearing. And Kaworu's double-breasted jacket is classy.

Wojtek is a perfectly legitimate human name in Poland, after all. There's plenty of Wojteks on FB, but none with quite as much celebrity as the bear! :hahaha:

Ah, the soldier bear returns. Excellent.

I also felt it was time for a change. Farewell Sil'lice Val'Sharen and hello Annie Leonhardt, the pint-sized powerhouse from an anime that focuses on gigantic humanoid abominations.

SPOILER: Show
And I'm already spoilered, so no need for cryptic comments for my sake.

I really like her character a lot, it's a pity she did a FFXIII and became a crystal. But I hope, in 2016 I will meet her again in one form or another.

Sig updated to reflect a little gem that NemZ mentioned the other day.

"Monk [Ed] desires to be reduced to a pile of sweaty meat and an ahegao smile."

Considering how out of context it is, though, I'm not sure how long it'll last.
