Type A Girl did kind of dominate the aftertaste of much of Animator Expo.

Interesting for the storyboards that the eye pan up is vague. Loosely something like "pan UP on the eye of the EVA? Pilot?"...

Interesting isn't it. I believe that in the original version of this short "Null" was Unit-1, look at the storyboard's second panel.

Does the panel itself translate EVA? Pilot?
 ...On that note has anyone tried translating these panels?

Very curious. I wonder if they used Unit 01 as a placeholder graphic until the model of Null was done? In the panels where the Eva's hand drawn instead of rendered, it's drawn as Null.
Someday I hope that we'll be reunited if that is what's destined to be. Perhaps we'll discover that elusive bible. And then we will finally be free!

The exception being the Gundam animation one.

How can I see this Documentary?

Also is it OK if I post pictures from the other shorts like i did for[#12 evangelion: Another Impact (Confidential)]?
After learning that the expo-site would eventually close, I decided to save them.
or would that be considered spamming?

Wow, that is extremely interesting, Unit 1 existed at least as a placeholder in another Impact.

Wonder why they needed a placeholder tho? Considering that the short was made from stratch, it would've taken more work to create a place holder and than Null's head. Unless they were allowed to borrow assets from one of the movies...

@Rand, I don't see why not, you already posted a lot and it wasn't taken down.

That would be the common sense thing to do and it does indeed look like the existing models.

Man I really wounder what those secret blurs hold... I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Reminds me of the look in Oda's office, the creator of One Piece, nothing was blurry in the picture and some of the notebooks on his desk revealed possible major spoiler for the future story.

I like that it appears Anno has the exact same Evangelion Unit 01 Revoltech figure on his desk that I have. :)

Proportions are wrong for it to be the Revoltech. Probably the Damashii (Edit:SPEC?) or whichever that line Bandai stopped doing Eva stuff with.
