The quick summary is that Katana used to be a forum member here and was banned back in the early fall for misconduct. We were under the assumption that she was a teenage girl who revealed that was going through various forms of abuse at home. Lavinius had been keeping in touch with Katana since Katana was banned and apparently just found out what he just posted.
After Katana was banned, he made a bunch of dummy accounts trying to get back in, which amounted to little more than trolling the forum. Lavinius is understandably upset and the forum's contempt for Katana has probably now skyrocketed.

It sucks, man, but this sort of shit sometimes happens. It's best to take these things in strides. To keep the lie running that long takes some serious determination and forward thinking. I had my doubts about Katana, but now my suspicions of him being off his rocker have been confirmed. If it means anything, the person you were talking to likely needs a lot of mental help.
On the bright side, it was one less person raped/abused, in the world.
