Well, I have now published the first chapter of my new fanfiction; Some Do Not Like It Hot.
The basic plot: Against all logic, good taste and common sense, an Angel attack results in the pilots being genderswapped. As you can imagine, they are not amused. Will Shinji master the art of walking in a skirt? Will Asuka's misandric tendencies come back to bite her (or rather, him) in the arse? Will Rei become even more perverted than normal? And why oh why did Ritsuko decide it was a good idea to mix Kool-Aid with the LCL?
This is an in-progress fic. More chapters will be posted as time goes on.

Ah, I see. Let me make something very clear about this fic.
It is not, in any way, shape or form, meant to be taken seriously. This is not an artistic, sociological statement about transgender issues, gender roles or psychology. It is an opportunity for ridiculous humour interspersed with WAFF.
It is meant to be very silly-not quite CYOA levels of non-stop silly, but still silly. It is definitely firmly within the realms of parody though. Hence why we have Ritsuko mixing Kool-Aid with the LCL, Asuka declaring that she is the mission leader, in her words, "BECAUSE I'M IN THE RED ONE!" and Rei talking to herself about cheese.
It's set in the middle of the "Action Arc" when the show was relatively light-hearted and silly, and will hopefully be almost entirely angst-free.
