Anime!Kaworu has the best smile. But Rebuild!Kaworu plays the piano, and we could duet (normal duet, without the damn unicorns). Manga!Kaworu is interesting, but interesting in a Hannibal Lector way, not a new-friend way.

Exactly. Everything needs more Akira Ishida's singing.
Well to be honest? Manga Kaworu was the one who left me the biggest impression. His ignorance and sheer innocence. Scene with cat was strong.
Either way Kaworu's being absolute Jesus, I mean, being absolute definition of neutrality and acceptance is probably the most heart-warming thing.

I'd say he does.
As for that vid of Kaworu singing, it's either Akira Ishida or someone who sounds a lot like Akira Ishida, or some magic involving pulling out audio from the movies and speeding it up to fit the rhythm.

Kaworu is a very important character in terms of the effect he has on Shinji (and all the merchandise he sells) although he only appears for one episode.
