So I noticed there is quite a few different OCs lurking the RP sections, and I came up with a thread where you post their info.

Anyway you want is fine, though I prefer the template created by SweetAngel. I'll Kick this baby off with the Template and my OCs!

Family*: Alexis's only living family member was her mother, who vanished during mid 2005. Alexis was then given other to NERV, and was sent to live with the Commander Blücher, the current captain of NERV Germany division.

Personality*: Alexis has a near phobia of others, and freaks out in crowds. Overtime, her tolerance of others has grown, but she still is highly awkward around those shes never met.

Mental/Emotional Issues or Quirks*: As stated earlier, Alexis has a fear of others, and stays well away from them. One exception to the case is Blücher, who she looks at like a father, and he like treats her like a daughter.

Introversion/Extroversion*: -2

Skills/Knowledge: As a 'hobby', Alexis played virtual simulators that often had sniping practice. Due to her near phobia of others, she often spent hours at the simulator, training until she became a pro at firing rifles. Alexis also was trained to use a Ooken, a large double-edged blade, along with the normal weapons given to the Evas.

Backstory: Alexis was born a to a NERV Scientist Eve Hesperus, who lived with a husband by the name of Jack. When Alexis was 8 weeks old, Jack was killed in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. Years later, Eve was kidnapped, leaving her daughter orphaned. In 2006, when NERV continued working on Eve's research, Blücher put her into the Unit 14, which went berserk upon sighting Blücher. During the berserk episode, the LCL boiled inside the entry plug, nearly scalding Alexis alive, but thankfully, the plug ejected, and was recovered.

Armor Color: Silver, with black details.

Armor Special Features: The helmet of the Unit 14 resemble the Unit 03's
helmet but with gear over the eyes and tiny horns on them. The shoulder Pylons are also much thicker, filled with rounds of sniper ammo for Alexis's weapon of choice.

Soul: Eve Hesperus

Personality: The Unit 14 is a 'calmer' Eva, only going Berserk once, the cause of which is under investigation.

Level of Synchronization: Due to Alexis having a close bond with Eve, their Sync level exceeds many other pilots.

Other*: One enhancement for the EVA-14 is that it has a cloaking system, along with built in claws that allow it to climb building to snipe angels from afar.

Personality: Shirou is a bit awkward in social situations, but he is eager to make friends. He is generally pleasant and well-mannered, though occasionally he speaks before thinking it over.
Mental/Emotional Issues or Quirks: Because of how his mother disappeared, he believes it to be his fault and therefore desires to save people whenever they are in danger. He likes to randomly climb things (as it was one of his favorite methods of entertainment at Eden base). Because he was the only Children at Eden base, he is more used to socializing with people older than him – however, he is eager to make friends with kids his age. The smell of taiyaki makes him both hungry and nauseous (because it is his favorite snack, but is also heavily associated with his mother and her disappearance).

Appearance: A bishonen with brown hair and blue eyes? It doesn't really matter.
Background: Denmark is a low, flat country, and so was almost completely flooded by Second Impact. Most of the Danes have since moved on to a new Danish homeland in the Norwegian mountains. But a few have remained in what once was the fatherland, living in stilt houses rising high above the sea. For the first ten years of his life Frederik Sunesen lived in one of these with his maternal uncle Frederik Aaben, a Lutheran priest. For three years he then lived with his paternal grandmother in the Danish homeland in Norway, before being recruited by Nerv branch in Berlin, where he spent the past year.
But enough of this nonsense; now onto Frederik.
Mr. Aaben attempted to instill religiosity in his nephew, reading to him from the Bible and even from theologians such as Kierkegaard regularly. This was but a partial success; for while Frederik became well-read in such matters, he always managed to avoid going to Sunday service. No matter. Frederik's true god is Shakespeare. He first read a translation of Macbeth at the age of eight, and his devotion has since led him to teach himself English, merely to read the bard in his original tongue.
Frederik adores his Eva, even going to the unheard of act of naming it. His piloting however is mediocre, as he has far more interest in looking out through Ophelia's eyes and napping in the entry plug than training. He believes that Ophelia is his and only his, and that he only cooperates with those angel-killing Nerv bastards to keep her close. Nerv Berlin only retains him at the orders of Seele.

Unit-e's design is very much like that of one of the figures in this statue, including color. Glass-like rhombi appear in key locations, including eight on the head, which function as eyes. There are many geometric engravings on the body, such as a Chi-rho linked with a circle on the forehead. Ophelia's arms are steampunk in design, with rusted metal and bronze pistons, and are clearly artifical and not part of her natural form.
Purpose: Unit-e is not built for combat, though she could be sortied in emergencies, but is meant to sing the song that will end the world.

Street clothes: Almost always wears a lab coat with a dark-colored turtleneck. Prefers black leggings and pencil skirts, but will wear denim if required to. Enjoys wearing sneakers.

Suit Colours: Grey, with yellow highlights. It is not made from the regular plugsuit material, and doubles as a safety suit while testing experimental weaponry. It is heat-resistant up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and becomes rigid upon impact with a hard surface.

Family: Father passed away in 2012. Mother died in 2013.

Personality: Tokei can be a little withdrawn sometimes, preferring to focus on her work than have actual human contact. She can, however, be coaxed into functioning with others in they happen to share her interests.

Backstory: Tokei is Japanese by birth and by custom, but has been living in America since age 7. Due to certain unethical experiments that her parents performed, they were removed from Japan in 2008. However, the crimes are not common knowledge, as the govenment was unable to reveal the crime to any member of the public or law system. She is an only child. Tokei was raised in the stereotypical Asian mentality; studies and family first, everything else later. Her father insisted that she be multilingual; as of such, she is fluent in Japanese, English, and Mandarin. She is proficient in both German and Cantonese, but is unable to speak in complex sentences in either one. Each language was learned to lubricate communication with other branches of Nerv. Tokei resented learning German and Cantonese, feeling that they were not necessary. She began designing experimental technology for Nerv at age 9. She doesn't interact well with others, preferring to study weapons theory. She has never had a crush or a boyfriend. Her father passed away in 2012, following a massive stroke that left him unable to speak or move. Her mother died the year after in 2013, during a failed experiment facilitated by Tokei herself. Tokei attempted to take over the running of the base like her parents, but was turned down because of her age. Leaving the running of the base to the staff, she began designing Evangelion components and notably increased her weapon design output. Although not in true control, she plays a large part in organizing tests and ordering equipment. Her decisions are sometimes vetoed, but not in a disrespectful manner. She often appears cold and aloof; she is "the rich girl". The fact that she came from a wealthy background, even if morally corrupt, does not help her to make friends with those her own age, even if there were people her own age to converse with on the base. Her synch ratio generally fluctuates between 92% and 98%. Due to her need to return to Japan for this test, Nerv spent an exorbitant amount of money in order to fly her to Japan without alerting authorities. Nerv-02 has currently constructed a semi-normal Eva unit out of spare parts, and has halted its testing program while Tokei resumes her work at Nerv. Nerv-02 has currently submitted a form to acquire a dummy plug from Golgotha base for protection.

Unit Number: 04

Armor Color: Grey with orange highlights on its middle rib, calves, the center of its head, and biceps.

Armor Special Features: At her time of transfer to Tokyo-3, Unit-04 was equipped with legs containing quad type wheels on the exterior of the foot, as a mobility experiment; the arms contain detachable elbow joints with a steel cable connecting forearm and upper arm; its cranium is equipped with eyes in a triangular pattern, repeated in three locations on the head in a panoramic view test; the entry plug has been modified so that the pilot is on their front as they pilot, almost in a flying position; and as far as weaponry goes, her current arsenal is stored in her shoulder pylons and kneecaps. The knees are equipped with military grade explosive flares, the right shoulder pylon is equipped with a minigun capable of firing flare-rounds; and the left pylon is equipped with a prototype of the same weapon that Tokei vaporized her mother with. After the second Angel battle, Unit-04 was re-equipped with standard legs, a G-type cranial outfit, a new entry plug configuration, and an experimental arm prototype that has both a hand and two curved progressive knives on a circular joint.

Distinctive features: Large scars across his face, neck, chest and shoulders from an incident with his Eva during an activation test.

Family: Sagiri does not know his parents as they disappeared when he was very young so he has been living in a room next to his Eva whom he considers to be his only family. He still does not know why he lives at NERV in Berlin but he has as long as he can remember.

Personality: Sagiri has a very quirky and fun loving personality often causing trouble around the NERV base including one incident where he set off the emergency biohazard alarm to get everyone out of the base so he could ride the motorcycle he found around the interior of the base for reason quoted "I wanted to see what this place would be like as a motorcross track, we may have to get rid of the stairs but I think we could improve it". His personality toward friends and people that he finds attractive are even less mature. He has had a crush on Asuka Langley Shikinami from the day he meet her. He does not have the courage to talk to her though but often finds himself thinking about her.

Mental/emotional issues: Sagiri often suffers from being Bi-polar which can drastically change his mood.

Extrovert: +1 he would enjoy the company of friends but unfortunately the only other kid on base he can talk to is Asuka and his crush on her and her nature does not allow him to interact with her much.

Skills/Knowledge: Sagiri has a talent for seeing something completely different from what is meant to be seen this has helped him to plan many pranks etc around the base but has also helped him to develop his piloting ability by seeing strategies and loop holes no one else can see. He also knows the basic's of all weaponry that NERV give to him and his Eva. He is also learning to fly the aircraft around the base from one of the senior instructors for emergency combat and also to give himself another angle of attack for his pranks etc.

Backstory: After being moved from the NERV base in Berlin to Tokyo 3 at the same time as Asuka after an incident involving an experimental super sonic long range bomber and a very short flight to the middle of Australia to pick up a kangaroo and return back to Berlin with it. He has made very little contact with any of the other pilots at the base since arriving a month ago but has been allowed to live in cage nine next to his Eva.

Eva unit 07 Sagiri nicknamed it Ra

Armor colour: Dark blue and green colour scheme.

Armor features: The head of the Eva is much like Unit-00 but the chin area protrudes out much further and has four fins facing downward on it the top of the head has plated diamond shaped plates that cover it which come down to a reverse visor at the back and sides like Unit-01. The left shoulder pylon contains a new box cuter like progressive knife. The right shoulder pylon contains a short barrelled artillery cannon capable of firing upto 1km with high explosive 80mm shells. The knee pylons contain two halves of a shortened progressive katana.

Soul inside: Sagiri does not know his mothers name and no one has told him but her soul resides in the Eva.

Personality: Unit-07 has a very similar personality to Sagiri but it is not Bi-polar. It has been reported that Sagiri always talks to Ra and Ra has even been seen to nod and was once seen throwing Sagiri into the LCL inside the cage.

Sync ratio: Normally sits in the 90% range.

Other: Sagiri although a trouble maker, when it comes to piloting Ra or when running training exercises he is very focused.

Anyway, below is my OC from Evangelion RP: We Are (Not) Together, which has sadly been on something of a lull for the past fortnight.

Nationality: Canadian
Previous Station: Nerv 7th Branch "Tabgha"

Appearance: Short auburn hair styled into an edgy "punk" haircut. Grey/blue (interchanging) eyes. Casual wardrobe outside the school uniform is charcoal/grey tee, black jeans, Converse high-tops and dark blue/indigo denim jacket.

Suit Colours: Deep blue with grey. Similar to Kaworu's in NGE (here).

Evangelion: Evangelion Mark.06, "the true Evangelion". Though even with the 'Mark' naming convention and its unique/fundamentally different construction method, it appears to be a fairly unremarkable production model for all intents and purposes.

-Very minimal armament. Does not even possess the basic knife set usually found in the shoulder pauldrons of other units.
-Synchronisation is not measured in value percentages, but in persona pattern colour rankings instead. Sync ratio is referred to as "sync-persona pattern; xxxx" (etcetera).
-The entry plug is designed to provide a noticeably higher field of vision for the pilot.
-Only non-standard equipment is a mysterious dark spear-type weapon.
-S² Engine; no requirement of external power sources.

Background: Little is known about Raglan's background, or just "J" as he prefers to be called. He grew up in an orphanage in Canada and was adopted at the age of 10. Displays a sure, confident demeanour and is known for his imperiousness and cocky smile. The natural leader-type by way of having good diplomatic skills and being, by the willing admission of others; intellectually adept and brilliant. Everything appears easy and cool for him. Raglan is friendly and pleasant towards others even though at times he is prone to thinking he is better to those surrounding him.

I jumped at the chance to use the Mark.06 as it is in the NTE mainly as something of a homage, seeing as it didn't end up getting much actual screen-time unfortunately. It's role being minor but fairly integral in Q. So I intend on using it to the fullest in the RP...

Some other random fun facts:

-Raglan's DOB is the date of Ian Curtis' death.
-I took the surname Wyngarde from the one-time X-Man Lady Mastermind.
-Seeing as a lot of the other OCs in the RP had Japanese or more plain Americanised names, I wanted something that sounded overtly and ridiculously Anglicised. Hence the length and nickname.
-His blue/grey eyes and auburn hair were inspired by Rand al'Thor of the same from The Wheel of Time.
-As something of a challenge in the writing exercise, I wanted Raglan to be in a lot of ways different than to myself; intelligent (haha), confident, imperious, good looking (hmm), naturally talented at everything and a leader-type. And at the same time, kept a little of myself so that I could get into the mindset of the role, or so to speak, hehe.
-A denim jacket done right.

Hair color and style: A darker black, worn long and is quite frizzy

Distinctive features not noted above: 1.86 meters in height, Daria is fairly tall. She's somewhat atheltic, but is held back a bit by natural asthma, which, while not terrible, has had an effect on her. Notably, she has a great preference for breathing LCL rather than normal air, which alleviates her dry throat and somewhat scratchy voice.

Family: Having grown up, her mother having been absent since before she could walk, into a prestigious military family, a young Daria grew up in the shadow of her father, Brigadier Belgrano, and older brothers with promising officer careers ahead of them. Her father is mostly absent from her personal life, and her brothers seem apathetic to her as well. At some level, a certain amount of bitterness for the disappearance of her mother falls on her shoulders, and she is frustrated as to why.

Personality: Daria is, for the most part, polite and energetic. She is excessively organized, and has been seen as having something of a domineering, no-nonsense personality, a trait she seems to have inherited from her father. In groups, she often takes charge, or if she cannot, is often responsible for a good deal of the organizational work and management. She prefers to work with other people, and has issue when having nobody to share tasks with. Having grown up without a Mother or big sisters, she's developed many boisterous, 'tomboyish' traits, and is generally seen to be 'un-ladylike' in some aspects. For the most part, though, she tries to remain kind, and works to improve herself in area she feels incapable in.

Mental/Emotional Issues or Quirks*: Daria has been seen as something of a control freak. While she is generally acceptable to work with, her need to 'micro-manage' other people around her has more often than not gotten her on the nerves of many people. Though she can act domineering, she tries, in her own way, to impress people with her leadership skills or organization. When she feels nobody is noticing her, she is prone to fits of extreme irritation or frusturation. Feeling outright ignored, especially in conversation, drives her berserk. By nature, she has poor spacial or physical-co-ordination skills, especially under stress, and can become very agitated when they complicate her, especially if she feels like its undermining other people's confidence in her.

Introversion/Extroversion*: +2, generally, can get to +3 under certain circumstances.

Skills/Knowledge: Daria is exceptionally handy at organization, time-management, and communication in small groups. She 'inherited' a good deal of these from her strict military upbringing by a high-ranking officer. Before becoming involved in the workings of the EVAs, she had rudimentary experience with a firearm (hunting), and rudimentary knowledge of military strategy, but only slightly.

Backstory: Having been conceived only shortly before Second Impact had occurred, Daria, like many children of her generation, was born into the chaos of a post Impact world. Her father, a Colonel in the United States Air Force at the time, was at the forefront at the multitude of wars the United States had been fighting for the following years. Even after the signing of the Valentines treaty, the world could scarcely be called a peaceful place, especially for a youthful Daria. Her father rarely takes the time out of his day to play his role until she is an adolescent. For reasons she could not at the time understand, she was slowly pushed into a very different lifestyle, wherin she was prepared mentally for the task of piloting an EVA. Her mother's soul having been harvested in a planned 'Contact' event with the American's 3rd model of Evangelion, Unit 11, she has selected by SEELE as the prospective 'Ninth Child' as they were scouting potential pilots.

Armor Special Features: Unit 11 is a specialized Evangelion, which began production some time shortly after 4 was nearing completion. Unit 11 is, unlike others in the EVA series, designed implicitly to work alongside a conventional military force against other conventional military forces (and though there was no official admittance of it, to fight alongside conventional military forces against other conventional military forces ALSO using Evangelions). As such, in addition to standard B-type Equipment, resembling the typical chests of other 'Production Model' EVAs such as Unit 02, it also carries a very, very large variety of other equipment. Notably, radar domes, like those used on AWACS aircraft, appear on the top of the right shoulder pylon. On the top of the left is a small turret, utilizing a fairly small caliber (35mm) CIWS meant to shoot down target missiles. It's quite sophsticated and durable, capable of tracking and shooting targets even as the Eva is moving. The shoulder pylons also feature a number of hardpoints, and are often outfitted with space for 48 missiles, mostly of the Surface-to-Air variety. Because the pylons are taken up with space to sport both conventional systems and 'electronic warfare equipment (referred to as E-Type equipment), the standard 'Progressive Knife' of the Eva is affixed in a holster on the left side of its chest. The Eva's chin is host to a large assembly of odd electronic equipment, used to project a wide variety of radio and electromagnetic interference at objects. It's sensitive equipment, but designed to be useful in muddling with electronic systems.

Soul: Andrea Belgrano

Personality: Showing little personality by nature, this Eva is unique in that, as it 'acts on its own', it seems to react with a sort of scornful apathy. Though like all well-prepared Evas, it will go berserk for the sake of protecting its offspring, Unit 11 shows little but passive disdain for much of anything else, possibly out of spite from Andrea for its fate.

Level of Synchronization: Generally, fairly well, Daria often scores around 70 or 80% in her msot recent synchronization tests, and she feels generally confident in her and Unit 11's ability to perform.

Piloting skills - Trained to pilot the Evas to a high degree of proficiency.

Assassination - Qi is exceptionally well trained to kill people and generally fight, his ability to do so is augmented by possessing an Infantry type-1 progressive knife, making almost all forms of defence meaningless.

Controlled Synchronization - Qi can freely control his synchronization level with the Eva, allowing him to fully control any Evangelion Unit to 100% Sync, or cut the rate to avoid taking harm. Has been a bit iffy of late.

Backstory: One of many test subjects for Project E, Qi and his siblings are test tube children, intended for piloting and killing. The data from their unique ability to synchronize with any Evangelion was later used to finalize the Dummy System.

Personality*: Tarik mostly demonstrates a proud personality, and very clingy to the Christianity religion. Tarik both loves and hates Humanity, but demonstrates the most love and affection towards his fellow EVA pilots.
However, when entering into his eva unit, his personality flips into a cruel, barbaric and sadistic boy, to the point of actually enjoying killing angels. Reports show that Tarik has multiple uncontrollable 'flashbacks' that causes him to be in a fit of rage, much like a berserk mode of evangelion units. Tarik has acquired a 'emotion sense' that can feel an individual's feelings, the cause of this phenomenon is due to high level training expose with his own evangelion unit.

Backstory: Origins or Heritage that is based on Tarik Noble has been deleted. However, it is stated that he has been raised in Nerv's 6th Branch Eden ever since its foundation. In fact it is a confirmed information that Tarik was born within the center of the Branch, within its most darkest and secret halls of the confinement, yet however since his birth he was placed into a deep coma.
precisely 6 years after the second impact, a temple was discovered within the Deep Ice of the North Pole, where it is said it has existed since the final hours of the First Ancestral Species. Once the scientist first entered the facility and traveled into the very core of the temple, the building itself collapsed, killing hundreds of individuals.
However, it was the same moment when Tarik actually awoken, and suffered from multiple flashbacks, flashbacks said to show the First Species and a prototype angel being created, but that was all.
Since then, both SEELE and Gendo Ikari has shown great interest for the boy and was transferred to Japan in NERV HQ, where he was to pilot Unit 06. Naturally before the transfer, Tarik was greatly trained, practically being 'pampered' for Eva piloting to the best of his future abilities.

But the main question is...What secrets will the boy reveal...

Armor Color: Golden looks with a hinting of light and dark grey

Armor Special Features: http://seig-verdelet.deviantart.com/art/Uthyr-Version-2-381458027 The unit has a unique wing system that allows flight maneuverability. The unit is questioned however as it seems to have greatly resembles more of an angel that a eva unit.

Soul: Classified

Personality: Surprising data has shown that whenever the Unit enters it's berserk mode, the personality very much exactly resembles the pilot in its entirely. Normally evangelions to have different forms of known personalities, but this is highly unusual.

Level of Synchronization: 100% extreme rare events of uncontrollable or calm behavior causes synchronization to sky rocket. Further data is required, but last known highest recorded sync percent was said to be 400%.

Hair color and style: Black, frizzy (cut short in a low fade)

Distinctive features not noted above: He is African American, and in fairly decent shape, although a bit short. His casual wear consists of a black, v neck tee shirt, and a black tracksuit with white stripes. He constantly wears a brown jeep cap, and dark rimmed glasses. He has a necklace with a black charm around his neck on a thin silver chain. He has a scar on his chin.

Family: None. He was an only child, his father was killed by a malfunctioning EVA in NERV’s First Branch in the USA, and his mother is now a part of the EVA he pilots. He considers several of the workers at NERV 01 his family, and often calls and chats with them while abroad.

Personality: He is has a good attitude, and is quite duty driven and altruistic. He has a big problem with indecisive, whiny, reluctant, or aloof EVA pilots, and wholeheartedly believes that it is their responsibility to act as heroically, honorably, and straightforwardly as possible. He can be quite standoffish, but he possesses great endurance and courage, inherited from his parents. It’s often said in his division that nobody makes a stand like a Stuart.

Mental/Emotional Issues or Quirks: He dislikes having his personal space invaded (especially close talkers) and having his foot picked at. He washes his hands incessantly due to his father’s hypochondria. More importantly, he blames himself for his mother’s disappearance, believing that he, as a child, allowed her to feel alone without her husband. He enters states of depression semi regularly, and most of his heroism stems from wanting to show his mother how strong he’s grown, and how he’s not the boy he used to be. Unfortunately, his mother will never return, and he may never know her true fate, and that she loved him more than anything, even with her husband gone.

Introversion/Extroversion: +1. He can be a bit outgoing, but prefers not to overdo social interaction, spending most of his time training for combat.

Skills/Knowledge: He is a good all-round fighter, training often in his plugsuit, and sometimes even wearing it under his clothing when he exercises or spars. He has a fair knowledge of basic hand to hand combat, and has good aim with a rifle. He can pick up and adequately defend himself with any weapon, but isn’t particularly masterful with anything specific.

Backstory: Born to a pair of scientists, a Spanish father and an African American mother, Jean was a fairly normal child, and spent a lot of time in the First Branch in the United States. He was initially totally overlooked, and treated mostly as an office mascot. His father was killed by a malfunctioning EVA, and his mother, despite continuing work on the creature, slowly started coming apart at the seams. Jean was the only thing that made his mother happy, and to this day blames himself for her disappearance. After she suddenly vanished with no warning, Jean was alone. The staff took him in, the director of the Branch paying for his schooling. Eventually, he was conscripted as the pilot of the completed EVA that had killed his father and consumed his mother. He became a fine pilot in simulation, and during his first actual fight with a humanoid Angel, his weapon jammed, forcing him to fight the creature up close. Despite his fear, he stood and managed to give the creature a massive barehanded beating, allowing military forces to bombard the area and finish it off.

Armor Color: Dark brown with silver highlights

Armor Special Features: The EVA is built to take a hit. The armor is quite robust, but reduces the silhouette by cutting down on the size of the shoulder pylons. The brown and silver Evangelion is sleeker, making it much harder for enemy Angels to find purchase while attempting to grapple or strike the unit. Its face possesses a large silver mask that shields its face from concussive impact (Kinda like the EVA helmet from Halo 4), and keeps its face mostly invisible even when berserk. Its prog knife is located on its right boot, and its possesses in built kinetic knucklebusters for punching and striking. Beneath the armor, its skin is an inhumanly dark hue, and it has jet black eyes.

Soul: Stella Jean Stuart

Personality: The EVA will sometimes, almost imperceptibly, bob its head to music, or turn a bit towards people entering the room.

Level of Synchronization: In the ballpark of 80%

Other: Jean’s plugsuit is black, with dark brown below his knees and on his forearms. He wears his hat, glasses, and necklace even when piloting his EVA.
