A question for the Clarks

Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

A question for the Clarks

I just noticed that Reichu and the Eva Monkey have the same IRL last name. Any relation?

"Clark" is a common surname of English origin that was attached to the occupation of scribe or clerk, as opposed to a common bloodline. As a general rule, the only thing that extant Clarks have in common are part-Anglo-Saxon roots.

Far as I know, Aaron and I aren't even coincidentally from a related group of Clarks. My mom is into genealogy and her searches haven't led her to Aaron's family.

I've been on here how many years and I'm only just now learning you two aren't siblings? Wow.

Rather off-topic, but i always wondered if Cracked's Jack'O'Brien was a sibling of Dan'O'Brien. Never dared to ask sadly.

Also, i didn't know Reichu and EvaMonkey share the same family name.

My father is really into genealogy as well. We should put the two together sometime and see if there's anything.

Do you keep a folder of speculative fiction along those lines?

It could be accidental. And its not like she's going to find out, unless she is on the forums.

I don't mean to pry into your personal life, but you got married? I knew from previous posts you were in a relationship, but I didn't know you were married.

Well, we figured after ten years we really ought to make it official.

Edit: By the way, during your genealogy searches did either of you end up being related to Lewis or Clark? (Expedition) My paternal grandmother is a Clark as well and while we are more closely related to Lewis that line of the family is the one that made Lewis and Clark related to each other.

Congratulations! When did this happen? As I recall you weren't hitched as of last Otakon.

Maybe you should return my texts, too! (I know, it's what I deserve for dishing it to others, but even so!)

I think we can do without that tired old "no females on the Internets" meme.

How about a 400 pound gal named Charlene living in her mother's basement in southern Detroit?
