This trailer is a must see. A lot of credit goes to the guy who put this together.

Wow, this is actually kind of cool. Makes out NTE to look dark and scathing as fuck (Even considering we're well into that now by Q).

The start was really cool, with the bits of dialogue from Shinji about his father - And the most effective thing about the music is that repeating off kilter key/beat.

Yeah, good job.

My connection sucks though so had to watch it lower quality. Might try again later in HD.

It's doing a great job in capturing the essence of what NME is about, although it might be a bit too spoilerey for people who haven't seen it yet.

Well made, nevertheless.

Not gonna lie, it gave me chills. Nicely done.
For my post-3I fic, go here.

People's deaths are to be mourned. The ability to save people should be celebrated. Life itself should be exalted. -- Volken Macmani, Tatakau Shisho: The Book of Bantorra
I hate myself. But maybe I can learn to love myself. Maybe it's okay for me to be here! That's right! I'm me, nothing more, nothing less! I'm me. I want to be me! I want to be here! And it's okay for me to be here! -- Shinji Ikari, Neon Genesis Evangelion
Yes, I know. You thought it would be something about Asuka. You're such idiots.

I think they're probably shots from the trailers, as Q isn't out on DVD in Japan yet (is it?). Either that or this guy has access to a high-def vid of Q that we haven't heard of yet.

I haven't checked them all, but certainly I recognise some of them from official trailers. The whole thing is rather overwhelming, though (in a good way).

Definitely not from trailers. A few of the shots had to have been from some kind of 3.0 rip, such as the shot of Kaworu standing and getting farther away through a vortex right before Mari ejects Shinji from Eva-13 and the shot of Gendo with his new glasses.

The two shots you mention are indeed from a trailer. See here: http://forum.evageeks.org/thread/13452/SPOILERS-Eva-30-Trailers-post-11-17/60/?

YouTube has since taken this video down. Does anyone have a mirror or an offline copy?

Well, that sucks. Whoever made it should've posted the fair-use bit, because I'm guessing it is actually protected from copyright infringement by that clause in the law. I'm guessing whoever owned the account doesn't have it within their power to fight the claim, although I imagine they have to have made more videos that have had copyright claims against them too, youtube doesn't typically terminate an account because of one video with a copyright claim.
