I'm thankful for discovering Evangelion and my love for it, as well as thankful for discovering this site (which I've been on for over a year, RML!! :w00: ) and finding all these new people to call friends. :glomp:

This. 100% this. Evangelion has given me so much to think about, and I'm sure it will continue to do so for a long while. I can't begin to express how at home I feel here on EGF, even though I've only been a member for four months. Thanks for making such an amazing forum, you wonderful admins!

Not sure if people outside the U.S. can celebrate it as well (although i have been to a canadian thanksgiving) So i'm not sure if would mind if i post here.

I'm thankful at the fact that i still haven't killed myself, and when/if i do, i'll have the relief of knowing i did everything i could, and never betrayed myself to cling to a false hope.

Also, much like RiffRaff, i'm thankful for NGE and EGF. I'm also thankful for having had the pleasure of having watched almost of all of Stanley Kubrick's films, that i could read so many great novels, that i could experience KS, and many other works of art.

I'm also thankful for the very few friends i have left.

EDIT: And yeah, i hope all the EGF members who celebrate thanksgiving have a wonderful day.[/quote]

Happy Thanksgiving 2013, folks! ^_^

I spent a relaxing first Thanksgiving with my boyfriend's family. I think I'm now addicted to gluten free Pecan Pie and deep fried cajun turkey. I want to try pecan pie with canned pumpkin in place of the corn syrup, butter, etc sometime.

Happy thanksgiving! I'd rather skip it and go straight to Christmas, but I'm thankful for my friends IRL and online, my loving boyfriend, Evangelion, Sailor Moon, Garfield, my three kitties, my puppy, Annie, and my family (just my parents and grandparents, my siblings are annoying and my cousins I hardly ever see).

I'm thankful this Thanksgiving turned out to be one of the best, as well as having some the best damn turkey I've had in a long time in all my Thanksgivings. It was great spending time with my loved ones too. Gotta love the Puerto Ricans and their festivities. 'Twas a great day.

Hope everyone enjoyed their thanksgiving! Wish I could post my pics to show off my smoked turkey legs. :D Anyway, I have much to be thankful for. Another year alive, a new job, friends and family. Hopefully good things continue into next year.
Maybe if you shut up and stop over analyzing everything you just might get it........
