The theme park isn't specifically Eva themed, the Tokyo Dome City has an English website as well but it doesn't mention anything about Eva or the cosplay event. They also had a Real Escape Game.
There's probably other bits of the site I missed, so far it looks pretty straightforward for an official Eva site. The "bringing the latest news about Q" might just be bait, dunno if they'll actually make the first announcement here.
