Ok, how aweosome would it be if Anno did a crossover between Gunbuster and Evangelion. I'm not sure whether it would be an Evabuster or a Gungelion.

How about an spinoff where Shinji is recruited into a FAR based futuristic civilization with many worlds in other dimensions under their command and becomes a Captain there while using Evangelions produced by the FAR themselves, all while falling in love with Kaworu.

Where have I heard that before?

There are some really crazy spinoffs. Ones where Shinji is the head of a detective agency, one where he's a ninja and hunts demons, etc.

So, why not one where the cast of Eva forms a band? We've seen it before; I think star wars did that once.

Although, in my mind they're a rap group. Hell, Only God Can Judge Me Now by Tupac could easily be attributed to Shinji with almost none of the lyrics being changed.

Not to mention that Tupac was actually exceedingly kind in real life. However, Shinji would also be very emotionally disturbed, angry and immature... like Eminem. His lyrics would also work perfectly:

I'm a CRIMINAL - an animal caged who turned crazed
But how the fuck you supposed to grow up when you weren't raised?

Yes, Shinji is Tupac mixed with Eminem. Maybe a bit of B-Real added in, but that's pushing it.

I'm so sorry for writing this. But if you actually read this far, it's really your own fault. And yeah, I've got many more examples.

Asuka is Michel'le + Lady of Rage. Rei is DJ Yella. Kaworu is Raekwon + Ghostface. Gendo is Method Man and Redman. I have put way too much thought into this.

I really want to see a Campus Apocalypse anime adaptation.

But to satisfy the horrible creature called the yaoi fangirl inside of me, I want to see a cheesy-but-yet-so-satisfying Kaworu and Shinji romantic comedy and drama.

The Evangelion Amazing Race, pretty much like the CBS reality show but with all Eva characters. The biggest drama i would imagine being Shinji and Asuka as a team trying to perform Detours and Roadblocks while not blowing up at each other.
