Looking for the Red Cross Book
...or End of Evangelion program booklet, I guess.
I've been able to find lots and lots of translations of it online, and I found some of the other program booklets from the movies (specifically Death & Rebirth), but never the Red Cross Book. I did find a few dead links and missing images of scans on this site a while ago, but nothing that directed me to any actual images.
If anyone knows where I can buy it or at the very least look at some high quality scans I would greatly appreciate it

I dunno if these count as "high quality scans" anymore, but here's the set of all three.

I think I must have been probably the first one who exported Red Cross Book to the west back in 1997. (I also coined the term Red Cross Book, but not sure if I was the first who did it). I remember helping around 20 people or so bought RCB in Japan. I still have a copy but I guess I won't be selling it. On the other hand, I have seen 2nd hand RCB being sold in places like Mandarake in Tokyo. I am not sure if checking Mandarake website might help.
I never thought I would come back to Evangelion after EoE,
But I discovered Re-Take (or it found me?) and
now here I am.

Found one for you on eBay. Apparantly the word that the Japanese typically use for movie programs is "pamphlet" ( パンフレット ) ...
I ran a search for "Evangelion pamphlet" (typed as エヴァンゲリオン パンフレット ) on Yahoo!JP Auctions and got a bunch of results for all the theatrical films' programs so I'm pretty sure I got it right...

Asking USD 31 in US and JPY 500 (around 6 USD) in Japan? Price difference is indeed huge....

That's the free market for you. The way I see it, the seller is hoping that some American buyer values the convenience of not having to deal with Japanese websites and struggle with the language barrier, thus deciding that it is "worth" the (rather high) markup involved. (BTW, the original price of it was JPY800, according to my scan of the back cover of the program.)
Personally, I'd put in the 15-20 minutes to find a much better deal somewhere else, but not everyone is comfortable with doing that. It's just that I've spent so much time with Japanese search engines and Google Translate that it's not such a big deal for me. Other people's milage may vary.

First time I've ever read the RCB in its entirety. Interesting stuff.
Shin Evangelion brought me back, five long years later.

I was particularly interested by the paragraph that straight-out says that the angels came from Lilith - and correspondingly no mention at all of Adam (unless I missed it) other than as the mythical husband of Lilith.

Yup, Bochan_Bird would dates it around late '90s, and I think I did come across the program books on that site.

I meant Bochan_Bird being the translator. Only saw them in this capacity back then.
