Need scan of Second Impact Box #3

I'm working on a nice-looking website detailing all the Evangelion DVD releases, and I've hit a bit of a roadblock. There's one release that I can't find/get a decent scan of: The 3rd "Second Impact Box" set from Gainax. This is the best one I could find so far, but it's not really good enough for my purposes...

I already have the illustration from Sadamoto's CARMINE. The problem is that it doesn't have the "Second Impact Box" logo on it as it does on the DVD box...

There's nothing wrong with it, but I'd like to make a page exactly as I like it for my own enjoyment, without having to make the kind of (admittedly necessary) compromises needed with a group collaboration project. That, and I can do HTML much better than I can do wiki formatting (which is hardly at all.)

Finally worked the kinks of my retail data, here's a link to the HTML file of it.
