Glad you liked it. I'm still working out the kinks (specifically with redirecting if you've arriving to a specific page).

Allow me to just say it's BY FAR the best I've seen on the various websites/forums I've visited! The best my film forum could do was a thread and fake article that Clint Eastwood was dead.

There's a static page that I made that won't automatically redirect you to the forum after 60 seconds:

http://forum.evageeks.org/april_fools/index_fake.html

Alternatively, you can go into your forum.evageeks.org cookies and delete the one that ends with "_aprilfools", then go to any page on the forum.

Well played, sir. Amusing to see that Rei has anger issues... but more troubling is that she's posting on a forum with Vanilla Ice.

I loaded the index in another tab in Firefox, and when I glanced back, I didn't know what I'd landed up in. And then I glanced up at the index and thought "Oh, Fools Day. How could I forget?"

Nothing happened to me when I logged into EGF today and I found that I missed something when I read this thread, but perhaps that's because I always reload the Anime & Manga thread instead of using the evageeks.org address...
I never thought I would come back to Evangelion after EoE,
But I discovered Re-Take (or it found me?) and
now here I am.

I wondered what you folks were going to do for today

and I can't help but think this is only the beginning, I can't wait for the fake news stories, like Nintendo is buying out Sony and the next generation console is going to be called the "Ultra Nintendo Play Station", and it will be backwards compitable with PS3, PS2, PS1, Wii, GameCube, N64, SNES, and NES, and it can also run Windows or Mac
- TEH Fabulous Hal E. Burton 9000

P.S. For those wanting to discuss a matter with yours truly not pertaining to the general topic at hand, PM me. Please and thank you.

Heh, "we all know Ornette drinks too much". Hilarious stuff! I also like the "how to be awesome like Brikhaus" bit.

"Mywaifu" posting in the last section was funny. And poor Rei.
