The Blue Rose I & II

A couple of years ago I wrote a fanfic titled The Blue Rose. The story is set during the original NGE TV series, and it's about the original two American pilots of EVA-03 and EVA-04, one of whom falls for a certain blue-haired EVA pilot while on a training mission in Tokyo-3.

I posted that story to FFN last year and got enough positive response to justify making a sequel, entitled Sacrifices of the Heart. I just completed that story and while I don't want to give away too much, I can at least say it takes place during End of Evangelion and it also involves Mari and EVA-05.

Both stories are a mix of action and drama and I tried to stay away from the many cliches you see in EVA FanFics. I wanted the story to have more of the feel of the original series, especially with the characters. The first story is more of an introduction, the second one is a bit longer with a very epic approach. As the title suggests, both stories are Rei-centered. If you're looking for something that is a bit different from the Fanfics out there and don't mind a long read, please give these a try. Reviews are appreciated.

I've now added a third story to the Blue Rose series, entitled "The Awakening"

Story #3 is still in progress, but I've got the first 30% of the story complete and ready. Like the other two stories, Blue Rose #3 is a mix of drama and action, with a strong focus on Rei. While story #1 takes place during the original series and story #2 happens during EoE, #3 is a true sequel/continuation.

She does a fair amount of works based on the Ghibli characters as well as other requests. Interestingly she's never actually seen EVA but I try to give her good reference artwork to go on and she's solid about capturing the characters.

I rather like the Rei gymnast piece myself, I might ask for another one if any others would like to see it done.
