Noir comics

right. i've decided i'm going to put my manga drawing skills to some constructive use and produce a comedic, post- series comic site (simular to 'eva comics' hence the thread title)

i just wanted to know if this would interest people at all and if people who have seen all of Noir have any ideas of what i can do; please put them forward.

All the post-series Noir fics that I've seen base off the premise that the word "tea" in the last spoken line took the place of another word that would really have been said.

As for writing a post series comic for Noir, that might be a challenge. The ending is one that doesn’t really facilitate a sequel more interesting than just a “normal” life. You might have better luck making a comic that takes place during the series. That way you could have some actions sequences and intrigue. Unless you are looking to make a comic with the other kind of pre-alluded to “action.” Then go right ahead but be warned you won’t be the first.

The Chibi-Mireille pics are good; though I'm less certain about Kirika in the Lain outfit. She does dorky, not cute.

I like the facial expression on the first Mireille a lot but keep her in her normal clothes like you did on the bottom picture. She looks better that way. And if you were going for a cutesy Kirika, just leave her in her school clothes. That should be good enough.

Pretty good but work on her cheeks a bit. For some reason that picture reminds me more of Rosanne Barr than Kirika.
