Well, it says fanbook on the cover, so that means its an amateur production. I have no experience with this doujin, so I can't tell you anything beyond that.

What puts me off in all of this is the attitude from some quarters that "Only Spike Spencer can play Shinji" or "Only Tiffany Grant can play Asuka." I'm not saying anything bad about their acting abilities, but the abilities of other voice actors shouldn't be discounted.
