This sucks! No, it doesn't. ripoff And please don't use this word. It's wrong, insultingly elitist, and kills kittens. In other news, this is supposedly a page from a manga called Tokyo Akazukin (which, according to Wikipedia, is guro loli-porn...). Anyone, uh, care to confirm t...

Gendo poses are going to need a page of their own, because there are so many of them. Of course, it wouldn't be encyclopedic content, but a rather non-serious easter egg -type of thing, belonging to "Random Chaos". After all, a Gendo pose alone is not an Eva reference, it's simply ...

My two cents: if a show contains surefire references, I think the less probable ones can be listed in conjuction with them and indicated with clever use of wording. Splitting them would be needlessly confusing.

EDIT: Screwup it is. Sorry, Nick. 601 flashes twice, but nowhere is the circuitry pattern seen. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y163/Dr-Nick/bogartsigh.jpg Okay, kill it. I think I've figured out what caused the problem with the screencap numbering. My procedure was to go through a scene and t...

do you have a timestamp just so I can make sure? I don't know about the timestamp, but based on the sequence of my saved screencaps, it should appear immediately before "601" fills the screen. But it could be from another scene with green computer circuitry just as well. EDIT: In case...

Since the Tributes to NGE page has amassed a nice amount of content, we need to start thinking how to further sort the material. Also, some guidelines for contributions need to be set. - First things first: V, we need those referencing guidelines. - Another (actually site-wide) matter of for...

Another important thing: V, once you get your real-world stuff finished, could you give us some official referencing guidelines? At the moment everybody's just using their own random systems and it's a real mess (sources in brackets, no sources mentioned at all, sources listed at the bot...

I've been busy finishing up a bunch of courses so that I can start sweating over the preliminary work for my BA thesis, but I'll try to contribute something worthwhile nearer Christmas.

"Children" is a really annoying term. It is Engrish, but not in a usual, flat-out erroneous way; the anomalous form is used for a reason (assuming that explanation wasn't a retcon), but of course, that won't stop it from causing a lolwhat-effect in native speakers of Englis...

That image can't be right. I don't see heads of any animals on that alien craft! Yeah, those confused the hell out of Blumrich, too. All he could come up with, IIRC, was a some sort of custom paint job people sometimes put on their flying machines . If I wanted to play along, I might sugges...

Should we mark temporary (= non-Reichu-approved) NGE screenies in some way? They need to be replaced, eventually.

I've finished screencapping The Andromeda Strain and I'm ready to pass this torch to UrsusArctos. Essentially, what needs to be done now is to combine the current Episode 13 notes with what I started on the "Tributes" page, provide sauce, do away with the temporary intro there and ...

My motherboard committed suicide just as I was about to start screencapping The Andromeda Strain. Go figure. But at least this is a good opportunity to have my rig upgraded.

Gentlemen,

"End of Evangelion Lulz" should be renamed. Not all people are familiar with imageboard lingo, or worse, they're only familiar with it through Fox News.

More on the talk page.
