I actually disagree with my own theory on this and argue weak concurrency, but it is a possibility. I've had quite a few parallels to this theory in my own life, which is what made me consider this.

My first thought was that EoTV was straight forward, and he accepts Instrumentality. I'm still trying to work out how it fits with EoE, though.
