The third movie is the re-telling of episodes 21-24 or I'm assuming it will be.The fourth movie is an all new conclusion so I doubt they'll include angel's into it. Except that apparently 3rd impact was about to start (and was stopped), so those episode of the remaining continui...

Asuka's eye was really bleeding when the Longinus Spear pierced the EVA's eyes? I had NEVER noticed that. And I have seen that entire fight scene hundreds of times too.

Well, in EOE, Unit 2 uses its AT Field as an explosive wave to destroy a bunch of aircraft. I figure NERV could just build a gun or equipment that channels that energy from the EVA.
