Since Harrison Ford wanted Han dead, how would Han's death go without looking like a punk? How about volunteering to take the Falcon to take out the second Death Star with a sacrificial lunge at the main reactor. Lando could've led the Endor mission in Han's place to even that out.

Jack's death in Titanic made me sad the first time i saw it in the theater, i so wanted him and Rose to be together.

I would say Arael as well, not for the mindrape but for the overall distance it maintained making space combat almost impossible. The design was good also.

Macross Plus is probably the only Macross anime out there that doesn't take place during a war. All of the drama, romance, and fighting takes place during "peacetime".

I still don't get why David tampered with Holloway's drink. Was it to test what the alien was capable of combined with human DNA? Did David do it under orders or by his own volition?

I always thought Gundam F91 had the potential to be great had it not been brought down to one movie length. And it could've done better without ripping off Star Wars in terms of the main villain down to the last detail. The reason Tomino compressed his 13 episodes is beyond me.

I imagine that if Kaworu said "I love you" to Shinji, he'd say it in a different setting than the NERV bathhouse. Saying the most important feeling Shinji's ever had said to him would be better absorbed somewhere that doesn't involve him seeing Kaworu's junk.

The song that plays everytime Misato goes on a drinking binge/instant microwave food frenzy is so comical that it gets a nod from me.

I agree. Maybe a reworked version rather than the TV version to fit with the whole scope of the movie.

I had a dream about a battle between Unit 01 and the Deathscythe Gundam from Gundam Wing. It was a pretty even match when i think about it.

It does beg an answer whether Mari is not the only one who knows how to unleash berzerker mode on Unit 02. That would be an ideal way for Asuka to get the job done more viciously on kicking Angel arse.

Ode to Joy playing while Shinji confronts Kaworu and Unit 02 is a huge favorite of mine.

The Evangelion Amazing Race, pretty much like the CBS reality show but with all Eva characters. The biggest drama i would imagine being Shinji and Asuka as a team trying to perform Detours and Roadblocks while not blowing up at each other.

I have the original Gundam movie trilogy on VHS and i find that i prefer the English dub there than the one made for the TV series. Michael Lindsay sounds more authentic as Amuro for me and Steven Blum makes Char sound badass. I also liked it that Bright had a British accent given his heritage which...
