Like I've been saying for months: Someone needs to write an NGE/Seinfeld crossover with the characters from both series interacting with each other. It would be glorious.

....terrible film...terrible movie...awful Star Trek....awful SUPER 8...badly scripted, unfocused, copy-&amp-pasted, etc, etc, etc. Call me crazy, but don't you think you're being a little TOO negative here? Yeah, the film did piss me off in certain parts, but i don't think that STI...

Oh, snap. Numbers is back in town. High fives all around. Personally, I want to try making new films and television series aimed at everyone from junior high school students onwards that enable [viewers] to re-experience tokusatsu. Even watching Toei's Super Sentai Series, I feel that power stem...

Interesting idea....but i always took the BM03 just signifying that he's the Third Boy....not the Third Third Boy

The "-nami" debate

I'm surprised there isn't already a thread for this but anyways..... By now we all know that Mari, Asuka and Rei have some type of connection with their respective last names: Ayanami ShikiNAMI MakiNAMI Supposedly, according Miyamura, their meaning is a "big secret" and will probab...

Burger King is probably my least favorite of the "Big Three" (the others being Mickey D's and Wendy's). I can count on one hand the amount of times I've been to one in the last 10 years.

I really liked the third movie, but I feel like it lost a lot of what really made Evangelion different. This movie felt more like a mecha-action series with religious themes, and it lost the psychological, character evaluation elements that really made the original series good. There are those who ...

There was a Pita Pit in the city where I went to college in New York. I forget if I ever had anything there. If I did, it was prolly just once. I don't usually eat fast food all that often, it's usually just reserved as a treat because I've been trying to eat healthier and have been exer...

Oshii misinterpreted Grave of the Fireflies as a story about incest, and once claimed that self-destruction was erotic to him. (There's a youtube video with the latter statement floating about somewhere) We all know that Anno had/has some issues. Also, there's an unconfirmed rumor t...

[SPOILERS] Speculation for live-action footage in 4.0

Just what the title says: We all know that Anno decided to include some live-action content in EOE for portions of the Instrumentality sequence. Seeing as how 4.0 is going to be the End of Rebuild, one wonders if he'll go that route again if Instrumentality occurs. What kinds of live action cont...

I found it incredibly stupid that they actually wrote in: THE CURE FOR ALL DEATH. Seriously, crazy 9/11 Truther Roberto Orci, Damon Lindelhof & that other guy literally removed any & all tension from their Star Trek universe with the Magic Khan Blood device. What, you got shot in the head &...

The film was never screened for the press in the US because it spent a hefty $400 million on reshoots and Paramount was protecting its assets by avoiding any slight negativity in the reviews. 400 million ?! on RESHOOTS ?! That figure can't be right. that's twice the budget of The Avengers.
