Re: Gundam (In All Its Incarnations) Mk. II B(
Yes, that's what Gundam S**d Needed in order to not be a **** show... a new dub cast. And why the hell does it need Blu-ray? The sub-par animation looks like absolute shiest in HD already. Early digital animation really doesn't hold up that well vs. what it replaced, that's for sure. Both shows hav...

MSZ-0011 S Gundam, I'm quite keen on these 80's artworks.

Re: Star Wars
I appreciate your reasoning and optimism for the future of Star Wars, my views are noticeably bleaker. However, by all intents I hope that you're right about this, and we get something more in the calibre of at least Rogue One.

Re: Star Wars
Pratical effects are first of all a marketing stunt in response to the huge critics at the prequels for the CGI (Mr. Plinkett's reviews are pop culture basically). However if the movies are good I'll gladly spend some money for the ticktets. After RLM's review of TFA and then their response to Rogu...

Re: Star Wars
What about it is worrying? Is it indicative of intellectual laziness on the part of the audience? Is enjoying Star Wars as an adult a symptom of something wrong with our culture? Is this the end times? Personally, I feel this is the first Star Wars to appeal to my generation (and I'm 24 now). OT wa...

In Twilight Axis, they go back to Axis because they're forced to by the Earth Federation in order to secure the advanced Neo Zeon technology that was inside the base, both main characters are former Neo Zeon personnel, Danton was a test pilot in the employ of Char Aznable and Haman Karn, Arlette was...

Re: Star Wars
Being at Disney, sure they're a corporation & it's easy to be super cynical about how they recycle the same things over & over again but my friends 7-year-old niece goes ga-ga every time she gets a new Star Wars toy & that's a joy to behold. That's who Star Wars is truly made for. Kids....

Re: Netflix's Death Note Live Action Adaptation
Perhaps, but when a character exists only to look sexy and act as a plot point, it's stupid, regardless of their gender. Death Note had a large cohort of fujoshi so I don't know why anyone cares that it's the other way around now, Death Note was burning edge nonsense when it came out, now it's just...

Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me
What a film, gave me goosebumps. I find it hard to understand the naysayers like Quentin "Uno Farto" Tarantino's outrage.

No, because he's not divulging what company he's working at, as long as it stays that way he won't be in trouble.

Re: Controversial Anime Opinions
Is there any particular reason Loli character designs started exploding as of late? I mean, looking back through animes history there were Loli characters, but it was usually only one character design for every five or six series. Now, it seems like EVERY anime has some pedo-bait character design f...

Jeez, and some people on this forum say I bend over backwards to defend filmmakers and movies I like. I don't think Chuckman is necessarily defending the man, more of an observation, even though Dadaism is far left nonsense for the most part. Much of the major modern film producers of the USA are i...

I thought it had been done, but this is nowhere near Konami's level of telling it's fandom that every new release will be a pachinko game tier spiteful behaviour, thankfully.
