Unless you have a BD burner, you can't. Even if you did the BD subtitles are a completely different format.

But you don't have to. Open 00148.m2ts in MPC, then just drag the .srt file onto the player as well and it will load the subs.

MPC plays almost everything, you just need ot set it up properly.

if you're too lazy to do that yourself, just use CCCP.
