New Music I got! I acquired some of the soundtracks to Cowboy Bebop by Yoko Kanno and the Seatbelts. So far I've listed to the first one, Vitaminless, No Disc and Blue; which were superb, right now I'm listening to Future Blues and next up is Ask DNA. This is the first time I've gotten i...

"You are delicious , Ikari-kun." This is probably a coincidence; as I was searching through an Eva Merch site I came across a blue T-shirt featuring Rei: Rei T-shirt! It's... really surprising and kind of funny (even though I can't tell if it's a bagel or not on the shirt&...

I don't have much Eva Merchandise, but I think what I do have is pretty cool. First off I don't have any DVD sets nor any of Sadamoto's manga, I do however have Volumes 1-4 of Dark Horse Manga's translation of the Shinji Ikari Raising Project. I also have two figurines. The first tha...

Oh, my bad. It actually looks really good without the horn. Not that I know any motorcycle drivers off-hand, but has it been said who will be driving the motorcycle in the races? I wonder if the drivers' helmet will have a matching Unit 01 paint scheme...

If I remember correctly, Rei paused slightly as she removed the Lance from Lillith. Since Rei II knew that she is connected to Lillith, is it possible that the reason why the legs suddenly 'regrew' (as opposed to staying as they were) a result of Rei being present? Is it possible tha...

I'm going to follow Meghan and Killer Bee's layout here. * When I say ISRP I'm referring to the Shinji Ikari Raising Project manga. The Adults: Misato: If she drinks, that's okay. If she selectively wears minimal clothing, that's okay. If she makes a mess, that's okay. If she...

And we're supposed to assume that the horn on the front is aerodynamic or something? The Gainax Sponsorship Cow strikes again.

Re: Asuka: Hideaki Anno's Side-Dish

... but I've heard mention of this Wall of Jericho thing several times here. Can someone explain to me what that actually is? *Searches through ANF threads*... Ah Yes, Shin-seiki's "Shinji and Asuka" thread provides an adequete explanation to this. I've quoted the relevant sec...

A point of interest about the timeline issue is that in games such as the Rei Ayanami Raising Project , we're provided with a timeline calender that spans the course of the entire series (from when Shinji arrives, to the events in EoE). Thankfully some very kind players out there went to...

I read through a scanlated version of Re-Take this evening. I found the art to be fairly well done, the story to be well-developed and the characters to flow on nicely from the original series and EoE. Initially I was fairly happy with with how Re-Take was progressing, but as I steadily read on I be...

I think a good sequence to investigate for this analysis would be Rei's interaction with Armisael in 23'. [The Angel Armisael is merging with Unit 00 while Rei is synchronized with it, and telepathically makes contact with Rei's mind, appearing as an image of Rei] Rei: Who is this? You? ...

I liked the recent update; Shinji and Asuka's 'little error with big consequences' gave me a chuckle. Oddly though, I can't seem to get the SubCommander's scenes... maybe I should re-read them some time. Looking forward to seeing more.
