Best of luck on the story... I can't offer you any practical advice, however, because I myself have been struggling to get a story down on paper. The biggest problem I have is, depending on the situation within the narrative, I imagine it manifested as a live action, an anime, a video game and a...

I love Spider-Man, so if SM4 turns out great I will be a very happy fan. 3 wasn't as bad as some make it out to be. I agree that poor Venom did not get nearly enough screen time, but to be honest they did a really good job at setting him up in the little time they had. The trouble with Venom was...

Earliest I recall were Ninja Turtles. God, I loved those things.

After that it was Spider-Man/Marvel in general, mainly X-Men.

And after THAT it was Star Wars. Still have a bunch of them in the box, as a matter of fact.

Bleach filler is the most annoying to me, because Bleach was my favorite show on TV for quite some time and then outta nowhere, BAM Bleach vampires??? No! That said, I think the Bleach filler at least look good on paper... I mean the Bounto arc in particular. A shinigami traitor, vampire dudes with ...

When I was three we got a Nintendo Entertainment System. I've basically had a controller perpetually in my hand since that day :D Ironically, my mom bought it for me, and the first night we had it she was late to work by a half an hour because she was up until 2 AM playing it... lol. And actuall...

Yeah, I think I gotta go with brik on that one. But to TC: hell yes. The question is, who HASN'T had one that got away? I guess there are a lucky few out there, but most of us know what it's like to long and then lose. I mean I love my wife, don't get me wrong, but there were others befo...

You can suggest films to him via email and his comments board. Doug (the NC himself) doesn't frequently post but he reads the comments.

I agree that some of his earlier stuff is better, but the most recent one I really enjoyed was Ferngully... BIG-LIPPED ALIGATOR MOMENT :D

I picked up on Spanish and didn't find it too difficult. I'm not what you'd call fluent as I haven't had to speak it in a long time (4 years), and I was not all that fluent to begin with ;) I'm afraid the only other language I want to learn is Japanese. And from what ...

Is anyone still keeping up with Bleach? This was my favorite show on TV for a while. I fell behind but I'm actually at the point where most of what was being discussed here most recently is what I'm just starting to watch. Also, I have a list of all episodes which are taken from the manga an...

The series just doesn't appeal to me. In the occasion I do enjoy a Vampire story (there aren't many I really like), I'm picky about how they're depicted. Twilight's... (I'm trying really hard not to say emo...) brooding vamps who are cool with the daylight and...

I'll see it. I don't even care if it's not long on plot, Wolverine tearin' the piss out of everything in sight is enough to satisfy what I expect from this movie!

And Deadpool... yes. Very yes.

Is it true he's played by Ryan Reynolds? If so that rocks.
