... your point? As a noob, your only way of really learning on this site is if you ask questions and discuss things about the show, the fact that you post comments here is nothing special. 8)

when they all unite as one, they're not seperate- making them one lonely being. the loneliness will make everyone want to come back. in practice SEELE'S plan was more than irresponsible, it was kind of pointless. in a way that is a loss, but i think in the end that experience could cause pe...

I think it's implied by Misato's titles, Captain->Major, and the titles of the bridge bunnies, that the personel in Nerv do operate on a Military ranking system. We also from above that in EoE that the Bridge bunnies all recieved basic gun training, again pointing to a Military structure at...

Classified Information from the NGE2 PS2/PSP game. It sheds a lot of light into things that Anno had always planned, but never actually got mentioned in the actual series, the most prominent of which being the First Ancestral Race. Despite the fact that it was advised by Anno himself, some people r...

You are mentioning Hollywood as if they are the dominant force here... why? WETA is based in New Zealand, and though it's a bit of a stereotype now, I wouldn't mind them shooting the film there because, like Japan, it's an Island, and imitates their terrain very well. If Saving Private R...

I'm not sure if an An-225 could carry an Eva for very long, but the flying wings seen are much bigger than even an An-225 and can carry a lot more since they're essentially huge wings. The larger the lifting surface, the more the lift. I estimate a fuselage length of around seventy meters f...

Missed a couple zeroes there, 1.5 million pounds goes to 750 tons. Which btw, is the all up weight of the An-225, not its payload capacity, which is closer to 250 tons, the weight of the Buran and its rocket booster. True, I thought the number was off... now I know problem, I kept inputing 1.5 BILL...

Erm...yeah, sorry, I just got a bit pissed off at what happened today. Sorry man. I can be ignorant sometimes. But what would they use? Well, the new Airbus A380 can carry slightly less weight, but only needs 2/3 of the same take off area. You're at about 2 km right there. Truth is, I don't...

Remember, only one fully operational Antonov 225 has been completed. The second one is currently under construction and the speed is decreasing due to finance issues. Most of you saw how they had to convert the remaining Sukhoi Su-37 Flanker-F to the less advanced Sukhoi Su-35 Flanker-E. If it wasn...

Sure. There was the Tokarev, PPSh-41, SKS-45, Makarov, Kalashnikov, Dragunov, RPG-7, Abakan, Bizon, Saiga and the Mir Space Station. Fixed; the Nagant was Belgian, not Russian. Also, the Buran is a better space vehicle than the American shuttle. Anyway, topic. No, had it been SUCCESFULLY COMPLETED,...

Yes, it does, but earlier I did state that the S2 Organs turn matter into energy. But HOW(is the question)do they manage to fire off their beams and weapons etc. For example, Zeruel's big skull thingy head. 8) "weapons"? What weapons? The beam would seem to be the only thi...

Lol. You have some good knowledge of Warplanes. I think you've got a point there. However, you see, the stick in the F-16 is kinda...how should I say it...um...ah, yes. It's "pointing" vertically and you just kinda push the stick forward, the plane goes, down, etc etc. But with th...

I don't agree with Reichu on the control yokes being dummies. Why would anybody bother building them for the sake of appearances but not figure out that while you are it you might as well make them do something? Bowman's aircraft in Macross Plus was mind controlled--it didn't have a sti...

There's a diagram in the show that symbolizes where the EVA is traveling on the elevator, based on what I can remember, that seems accurate, the slant turning into a straight line is defiantly something I recognize. 8)
