Re: Superhero/Comic Based Films & Tv - Vol.2

Indifference/wait and see mode. It probably won't be addressing the knightmare sequence in Bvs if he is going into the Flashpoint universe with Thomas & Martha surviving the Alley. Yeah one of the things I was really looking forward to was the post-apocalyptic future with evil Superman I wanted...

Re: Superhero/Comic Based Films & Tv - Vol.2

Honestly, I'm waiting for the other show to drop as far as superhero movies go. After the Infinity Wars movies, I'm not the superhero trend will last much longer in its "Cinematic Universe" format. These film trends tend to last only a decade, and Iron Man is quickly approaching 10 years ...

Re: Superhero/Comic Based Films & Tv - Vol.2

There's more to my dislike with what they've done to Carol Danvers character in the comic books than just that. Long story short marvel has been taking some pretty Hard political stances lately, and Carol Danvers is at the center of it all. And with all the emphasis on "CAPTAIN" Marvel at ...

Re: Superhero/Comic Based Films & Tv - Vol.2

Look, let's be real here. The DCCU's fourth or fifth film or whatever being about retconning itself makes the whole thing pretty damn true to the DC universe proper. Personally I'm just sad it's come to this. They could have turn this around without having to create a whole damn movie specifically ...

That's because sosuke is meant to be an expy of the character in his Avatar. I'm not joking the author pretty much confirmed it.

Flo Steinberg.

One of the Unsung heroes of the 1960's Marvel Bullpen. Jack and Stan may have been the creative voice, but she was the one keeping everyone on track and making sure the books got on the rack on time.

Re: These Moons Were Made For Walking (Weird Image Thread 8)

I have a feeling this was inspired by the Police Dog who was fired from his job for being 'too nice', and who's now a greeter at his communities Wal-Mart. It's the adorable inverse of the time the Germans tried to tie bombs to dogs and teach them to run up to tanks in WW2. It was scrapped because th...

Ryuk Meets light.

Okay the rest of the film might be garbage but the scenes with Ryuk look like they could at least make the film worth it.

HOLY SHIT.

I mean, I wasn't a HUGE fan of them. But I liked a lot of the music on 1000 Suns. Wow, this is just devastating. Poor guy.

Why do so many brilliant and talented people do this to themselves?

Re: Netflix's Death Note Live Action Adaptation

By all means, I'd love to see a full rant on why you didn't like what many people have claimed to be a great anime. Look, I'm not gonna say it's perfect, but it didn't have to be a perfect, it just had to be a great detective show with some supernatural elements. Ultimately the only thing still up i...

Re: Kingdom Hearts

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4y7UK4nqnQ I've never played a Kingdom Hearts Game, but I might get into the series given how FRIGGIN GOOD LOOKING the graphics for the Toy Story world are. It's like I'm actually watching the movie! (Okay, most of it is pre-rendered cutscene, but still) It's a shame...

Re: Superhero/Comic Based Films & Tv - Vol.2

Ben is probably only going to have one movie as the Batman before he leaves/is replaced either buy a new actor or by an in story reason involving Nightwing or something. I mean you can't really blame Warner Brothers for this after the last few movies they made got creamed by critics it makes sense t...

"He (Gendo) is boffing a 14 year old clone of his wife, this is a sick man."

Wow. Wow.

Edit:

"Personally I think they (Shinji and Kaworu) Should just boink and get it over with."

Wow. . . Wow.

His normal voice sounds like a young Mark Hammil. That Kermit the Frog impression was spot on.

What's his impression John Swazey, the VA who replaced him in EOE and the Rebuild Films? Also, glad youre here with some quality content.

Do you need his permish to put this on youtube?

I'll say here about the female characters in Death Note what Bob Gale and Robert zemeckis said about Marty McFly a white guy stealing Chuck Berry's ( a black guys) biggest hit.

" as Freud said, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar".

Mari WOULD sing that, wouldn't she? Being the destroyer of Tonal consistency she is. (Yeah. . . still not a fan of her if you couldn't tell.)
