Re: The Velvet Thread (Persona Series/Spinoffs General Thread)

So we are getting all the persona spinoffs, Dancing All Night, Arena, Etc. With the P5 cast?

Works for me.

Speaking of which when I have the time I should get around to finally playing P4 Arena Ultimax.

Re: Last Movie You Watched

Night Of The Lepus: It's one thing to make a movie where the monster is an unstoppable force of nature. It's another to make those unstoppable forces of nature rabbits. I'm sorry, bu a bunny licking fake ketchup blood isn't scary, it's adorable. and makes the whole movie impossible to take seriousl...

Re: Persona 5

The pay rate for teachers in Tokyo can't be that bad can it? Then again, given this school let a gym teacher get away with molesting/violating underage girls (and they ARE underage, even by Japans standards) I guess I shouldn't be surprised in the slightest. But you've gotta adm...

Re: Superhero Films & TV

Midnights Edge talk about DC and WB 'debunking' the 'four Batman movies in 2019' , and why parts of it don't add up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAamgAsnKvM I really hope it's not true. I mean C'mon DC. I understand BVS wasn't the critical darling you wanted. But wasn't the whole point of the DC...

Maybe ten years ago, but not today. They had their opportunity to make something like that, and they missed it. Several times. If they did something like that now? Well. . . It would probably end up in a similar situation to Cartoon Networks 'Tickle U'. Which was a business venture that in the words...

Re: Superhero Films & TV

Here's something that could take the edge off of all the haters. 1) Zack Snyder's involvement was kept to a minimum the same thing goes for David S Goyer, who has been the albatross around the DCEUs neck since Man of Steel. 2) The director is a fan of the character and has been a fan of the characte...

Re: [Film] The Trailers & Upcoming Films Thread

I wouldn't be 'too' worried. Samurai Jack went from Hand Drawn to digital, and if you had told me it was all done in a computer I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. If they get a good, talented team to work on it, it shouldn't be that bad looking when compared to the original show.
