So once he's finished with Weva, will Anno go back to making live action films, or is it possible he'll keep making anime with Khara/Gainax?

Since this is not a remake and is an entirely new work, it's probably a sequel to the mid-series movie. Why do a sequel to the old series when they're in the middle of a new one, ya?

Hey, is the Angelic Days manga still running in Japan, or has it ended? And if it has ended, how many volumes are there?

1. Angelic Days anime.
2. Prequel.
3. Sidestory that takes place during the series (à la Cowboy Bebop Movie).
4. Another alternate ending.
5. Remake.
6. Continuation (as in after the End).
