JesuOtaku is the only anime reviewer I ever watch anymore, and I've been a fan of hers since her first videos. While I disagree with her a lot of the time (Nausicaa > Mononoke, Fruits Basket is awful, this is excellent), she always gives great insight into the anime she's reviewing.

For most of the show, I do dub. But for the last few episodes and EoE I switch to sub for some reason.

Twilight Princess. I got the guide and a poster for Christmas six years ago but I've only got the game last month. It's wonderful, 15 hours of playtime and I'm just entering the third dungeon.

If every episode was as psychological as the last, say 5 or 6, then I'd consider it a mindfuck. But the majority of the show isn't that crazy.
