funi haets muni

1) The ball is in Funimation's court. Funi is not being held up by Khara. Not surprising in the least. I really couldn't come up with any reasonable excuse as to why Khara would cockblock it this long. Then again, I can't come up with any reason Funi would delay it for so long. You&...

Wonder Festival Disappointment 2015

I really would love to see on the figures side of things, either Figma or SH Figuarts of the NGE cast. Not necessarily everybody, but more characters besides the "Eva girls" (Rei/Asuka in this case) or pilots. Misato, Hikari, Kensuke, Yui, etc need some love too! I wouldn't ge...

Caught up with and finished G-Reco this week. I shouldn't have bothered. What an absolutely pointless journey.

lol they're actually siblings WHAT A TWIST

Finally decided to drop G-Reco. I really loved it at first, felt like I was watching something straight out of the 80's and the animation was fantastic. I had no idea what was going on in the first episode, but I thought the series starting in-media-res was fine and I enjoyed the fast pace. Howe...

Give it more legs. No, more than that. Keep going.

The Black Evangelion's sheer, flat head bring to mind the front of a battleship. Also reminded me of Kancolle's Senkan Re-kyuu. http://i.imgur.com/G4MaV0N.png Also, it's hard to make a stupid looking Eva, but they did it. Too young to remember the intended abomination that was Unit-05?

any link to pics of the collection?^ can anyone tell me the difference between the xs-01r and xs-01? i realize there is some kind of neck fix but the price difference is literally $80-$100. I want the best but i am also on a budget, and if the difference is very little like the xs-01r has more rang...

It's a garage kit. They're fan-made resin casts sold at Japanese events that you have to clean, assemble, and paint yourself. Even if you were able to find the kit, which is probably impossible now, you would need serious modeling know-how to complete it.

I found my calculator but I wish I hadn't.

Wow, I was just looking at some Eva pics on Google Images and came across this old picture. [url]http://forum.evageeks.org/post/376419/The-Gainax-Cash-Cow-or-Why-The-F-and-Did-I-Buy-That/#376419 . It's hard to believe I've been coming here almost 4 years now, and my Eva merch collection'...

Joe Pisano played Toji from episodes 3-18, Michael O'Connor did it from episodes 19 to 20, and Brett Weaver voiced him in the last two episodes. That's really interesting, I never knew this. I'll have to see if I can pick up on the differences next time I watch. Since Pisano did the bul...

I have that same Unit-02 shirt, but I suppose a lot of people here on EGF do.

Off-topic but is that you I see on MyFigureCollection.net or is it another Reichu?

I've had my 3DS for a year now and only have 3 games (OoT, Fire Emblem, Pokemon Y) not counting eshop stuff. Thinking about picking up the new Zelda but I've heard mixed opinions on it.

Cute nendo, but very hard to put together. Compared to my Sayaka, she has a lot more tiny parts and some of them came in attached so firmly that I almost broke her trying to change pieces. I'm also not too pleased with the paint job at some places, but it's a decent fig nonetheless. You got...

Her box had a little holographic sticker that none of my other Figmas had though. The others definitely aren't bootlegs-they're all good quality, and Figma bootlegs are notoriously shoddy. I wonder what's up with that? The sticker shows that the product is "officially endorsed"...

you can't spell "kaifun" without "fun!"

Oh! Kaifun. Yeah, he was a dick. I fully expected him to actually hit Minmay a couple of times so I guess he wasn't as bad a guy as he could've been.

ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Minmay

do you think shao pai lon is worse than hitler? The song? It's all right. I don't really get the hate for it, though; Minmay could sing anything and make it sound good. If I had to make a list, I suppose I would put Hitler below Ai Oboete Imasuka but above My Boyfriend is a Pilot, which its...

hayase wants to be hardcore but her mom won't let her

I'm going to be generous and assume you are pretty early into series. Well I watched DYRL first and was completely unsympathetic towards Hayase. I finished the series proper a couple weeks ago and it did a much better job fleshing out the characters (what a shock), and it made me grudgi...
