I watched Gundam 0080 not too long ago. It was... very different. While I do feel it could've been an episode shorter it still turned out great. The ending scene was truly crushing.

Riki-Oh managed to Jump the Shark with every new story arc. It eventually got to where every other chapter was a shark jump moment.

I suppose DBZ jumped the shark somewhat with the Buu Saga. It wasn't a terrible shark jump or anything, but it was noticeable.
