No you can't externally add subs on a ps3 I'd love if you could though. I need to dig out my desktop so I can start adding the subs to my discs.

I broke down and ordered the archive disks as well. They look very nice all set up on my shelves.

I'd be careful though. Since these are Japanese DVDs, they have the R2 region lock on them. You'll need to make sure you have a R2 player or decryption software. Blu-ray Discs share the same region coding as North America. You don't need any special player or software to play those. Oh ...

The Archive box does have the TV cut of Death & Rebirth in it. One of the reasons I bought it. It is also interesting to see the old TV masters. I want to stick these in and watch them on a shitty tube TV just for the retro aspect. Death(True) (so far) is not quite different fro...

I'm so much on the fence about getting the archive box as well. I already got my blu-rays. If its still available mid September for order it may just have to be mine.

I'm not sure my parents would have one yet, but I bought them both of theirs :uhh:
I also bought a new TV yesterday knowing that this was showing up this week, no more 23" computer monitor to watch stuff on.

I'm actually still very surprised how quick some orders came for you guys before the release date. I'd tried to order from CDJapan but was a bit confused about the shipping process and then found myself ordering from Amazon Japan instead. I ordered from there as well, and mine's out for...

That's pretty easy to do, I believe the BD structure is pretty identical to a dvd but I don't have a bd burner to test it out with, I do know a bunch of people that custom sub their blurays, and I can do dvd's with no problem. Subs don't take up a tremendous amount of room so you sho...

That's awesome, I can't wait, I'm in the final stages of finishing my dvd. I'll have to go through the new file when it's released and find the new lines so I don't have to mess with retiming mine again.

Don't know any rewording, but that would make sense, because the next line Misato says is roughly, we can't rely on anything to help up you need to use your best judgement to catch it. It sounds like they were using the Nobeyama radio observatory to monitor the angel in orbit but that the an...

While working on the subs I found another scene that doesn't have subs, it's the scene where they're staging the evas to intercept the angel in orbit. [URL=http://img46.imageshack.us/i/vlcsnap2010052422h46m10.png/] http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/1760/vlcsnap2010052422h46m10.th.png [/UR...

Whew, i'm glad i wasn't the only one who heard it as boot-up voltage. I also corrected the "The analysis during the permafrost excavation of the Third Angel was so extensive, all that was left were some bones." line, replaced Acheron with Akeron because you can see it on screen, an...

Awesome thanks for those, I can't wait for the last bit, I've added the first missing scene into the sub file that was uploaded by ornette earlier, I'll keep adding the rest as they come. Edit, I've finished adding the new scenes and adjusting some of the horrible english at the begi...
