Spring Cleaning 2019

There are over a thousand accounts with zero posts, many of which have been inactive for years (many last active for only a few hours after sign-up). We are proposing a clean-up of zero post accounts not active since the end of 2017 at the end of March, which should give enough time for lurkers to c...

It appeared in the last significant edit to that page, just over 2 years ago. There's nothing that recent on the discussion page.

Re: What’s the most fucked up NGE fanfic you’ve read?

One that I back-buttoned out and applied the brain-bleach for was titled something like "Object of my Desire", which was missing its guro tag. I only read the teaser-texts for some of King of Seahorses' magnum opus, and that was more than enough.

Re: What would you change about Evangelion?

There are some interludes where the characters are gearing up for a concert, which form an extra-canonical framing device; otherwise you're down to the details of which exact bit of re-reanimation and editing appear in the various versions of Death.

From a troll chart near you... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZWrFWkxY_A0 ... soon to be an Amazon Prime anime from Wit Studio : Vinland Saga , based on the manga from the same author as Planetes . At the moment, it's not clear to me how far into the story it will get (i.e. will it stop before the ...

I'm open to these ideas, but only if you can actually show me what specific details in the material led you to this conclusion and how they led you there. I hope this was slow enough ==> :slowpoke: You're asking a question of someone who was banned from the forum 7½ years ago. -> that instrumentali...

And what's wrong with being Chuuni? When it's the so-edgy-it-cuts-itself "Ecstasy aka Darks" kind. Dark robot Shoguns vs the power of the moon (or even just the fan-service eruptions of Index III ) would be more fun than making statements about snow in April as if they were profound. Unpa...

Yours was a needlessly combative post; please try to be rather more relaxed about things.

Also

My lunch now feels wholly inadequate. That was the main meal of the day for me, even if it was a sort of late lunch by the clock when I ate. After that, supper was just an avocado and a couple of satsumas, sufficient to tide me over to breakfast. this bangin' turkey, ranch, and swiss BLT Hey, it lo...

Since this thread has been bumped... I was feeling a bit peckish yesterday after my work-out (cycle around 7 miles to gym in about freezing temperatures, do serious lifting including squats, cycle home again), and there were things in the fridge that wanted using up. So I just put the available piec...

Re: What anime are you watching right now? Summer 2016 to now

After 2+ episodes of everything, time to pass a first judgement on the current season. The losers at the moment are Boogiepop (so very chuuni ) and Promised Neverland (talk no jutsu ), which at best get put on the backlog for a thin season; and I'm not sure about KemoFure 2 , which is so far being a...

This week's chapter has 001 facing off against the 9s, in particular, going head-to-head with 9δ and 9ε in their Franxx, in a mash-up of some of the later episodes of the series.
