Went to the theaters to see Kong: Skull Island. I had quite high expectations solely with the sunset poster, which reminds of that Eva 03 scene of Ep18. Besides of that, it was only partly of the director's statement that Kong was partly influenced by EVA :shifty: Turned out it was a really good act...

I had a reason at the time, but it's been so long that I can't remember what it was. -o-; In Unit 08's case, I think I excluded it because it's always fully armored and we never get a peek at what's underneath. Did you check the scene at the near end where Eva 08 and 02 got escorted in the Wunder?
